Dengie Alfa A Oil is a high-quality fibre feed for horses and ponies, ideal for weight gain or supporting intense activity, and is grain-free, making it suitable for horses prone to excitability or muscle issues. It provides 12.5MJ/kg of slow-release energy, comparable to conditioning mixes, made from high-temperature dried alfalfa for nutrient preservation and enriched with soya oil for extra energy. Additionally, it contains Vitamin E, an essential antioxidant for horses on a high-oil diet. This feed can be the primary energy source, complemented by a broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement or a feed balancer. It’s also beneficial for respiratory health due to its low-dust content and high-temperature drying process that minimises mould. Dengie Alfa A Oil’s composition includes 14% protein, 12% oil, 27% fibre, 10% ash, and 200 iu/kg Vitamin E, with ingredients limited to Alfalfa, Soya Oil, and Vitamin E.
